Education Requirements (Any)
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- Two year degree in related field

Certification Requirements (Any)
- IT Support: 2 years (Preferred)
- Supervising others: 1 year (Required)
- relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
- A valid IT Specialist certification (Preferred)
