• Product Storage
o Ensure all raw materials, finished products, cleaning supplies, and non-manufacturing related materials are stored properly as indicated by bin location, production floor plan, and direction from PM.
o Monitor inventory levels through routine cycle counts, reorder points, and on hand quantities.
• Product Distribution
o Ship and process all outgoing orders and requests in most cost effective manner.
o Accurately document and account for any product that leaves or enters the stockroom and production floor, including raw material for work orders and non-manufacturing related materials.
• Product Identification
o Maintain accurate documentation on raw material, in-process, and finished good labels; including stockroom shelf and bin labels.
o Ensure Work Orders are visible, legible, and properly documented.
• Maintain Clean Work Environment
o Keep stockroom shelves organized and work space neat, finish projects to completion and do not leave carts, product, skids or materials unattended.
o Conduct weekly mopping and dusting and ensure all materials are stocked and properly stored.
• Prioritize, Monitor, and Contribute to Work Flow
o Provide immediate assistance to the packaging, wire processing, and assembly teams as needed.
o Forecast packaging needs and ensure operators have appropriate levels of work to complete.
o Conduct final quality check prior to any product entering finished goods stockroom.
