Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week
- 1st Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am
Pay Rate: $250 Sign On Bonus
Job duties: Responsible for cleaning restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, supply closet, lobby, medical center, fitness center.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of building common areas throughout the day
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas as needed
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
- Spot clean glass, doors, walls, and high-touch surfaces
- Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and immediate cleaning needs
- Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Set up or break down rooms for meetings or events as required
Requirements:
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
