Role:
The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for managing mortgage loan files from application through underwriting approval to ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant member experience. This role gathers, verifies, and analyzes borrower documentation; coordinates third-party services; and prepares complete files for underwriting review. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong understanding of mortgage guidelines, documentation standards, and loan processing workflows.

Experience: Five years of similar or related experience.
Education: Two years higher education or equivalent real estate experience.
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Must possess strong written and interpersonal skills. Present a positive and professional image to all employees and members. Ability to work independently and as a team player with minimal supervision.
Other Skills: Excellent computer skills. Ability to prioritize workflow. Initiative and ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently. Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail. Ability to use an array of workplace technologies. Possess solid problem-solving and negotiation skills. Must be bondable.
